Questions people ask

When does the seller get paid?

After you have the item. Once it’s delivered you have 48 hours to check it. Tap confirm if you’re happy, or let the 48 hours pass. Either way, the seller is never paid before the item reaches you.

What if it’s not what I ordered?

Report it from the order within the 48 hours and add photos. The seller can refund you, offer part of your money back, or ask for the item back. Can’t agree? We decide. If the seller ignores you, you’re refunded automatically.

Can I check it before I accept it?

Yes, and you should. Open it while the courier waits. Happy? Give them your drop-off PIN. Not happy? Tell them you’re refusing it and they take it back.

Where does my refund go?

Paid by card? It goes back to your card. Paid by wallet or transfer? It goes back to your PairRide wallet.

Can I collect instead of delivery?

On some listings, yes. You still pay in the app. Show the seller your collection code and they hand it over.

The seller asked me to pay them directly. Should I?

No. The moment you pay outside the app, you lose all your protection. Report the chat. Asking for that is against the rules.
