At the door
Every drop-off has a code only you and your receiver see. The courier can’t finish without it.
At the pickup
Kitchens and sellers give the courier the code on the order. No code, no pickup.

Your money is held, not sent
We hold it
You pay PairRide. The seller is only paid after the item reaches you: when you confirm, or when your check time runs out (48 hours for deliveries).
Check it at the door
Open it first. Don’t want it? The courier takes it back.
Never pay outside the app
A seller asking for a direct transfer is breaking the rules. Report the chat.
